Yes. You can select a postal copy option during checkout. Documents are professionally printed and posted to your address. Postal orders may take up to 10 working days depending on delivery location.
Use our online order form to search by postcode or address, choose the documents you need, enter your contact details, and make secure payment using a debit or credit card.
Yes. Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers. We do not store your card details and all transactions use encrypted connections.
Once an order is submitted and processing begins, it cannot usually be cancelled or modified. If you believe an error has been made, contact our team as soon as possible at contact@uklandregister.co.uk with your order reference.
Receipts and payment confirmations are emailed automatically. If you require a formal VAT invoice, please email us with your order number.
Digital copies are usually delivered by email within 1–3 working days. Postal copies may take up to 10 working days depending on the type of document and your location. Certain archived deed documents may take longer if manual retrieval is required.
Documents are sent by email in PDF format to the address you provide. Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received them within the estimated timeframe. Postal orders are dispatched using Royal Mail.
Some documents require manual retrieval from archives. We’ll notify you by email if additional time is needed. In rare cases where a document cannot be obtained, you may receive a full or partial refund.
